ALTRUICITY Scheduling

ALTRUICITY Scheduling, shown in the app as ALTRUICITY Booking, helps our staff, coaches, and approved collaborators find meeting times, share booking links, coordinate group meetings and polls, and manage confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Your account and calendar

Staff sign in with Google. Access to the staff app is controlled by ALTRUICITY. Signing in provides your basic Google profile and email address; connecting a calendar is a separate permission step.

A connected staff calendar lets the app check availability and manage meeting events. Staff can choose which connected calendars block availability and which writable calendar receives bookings.

Booking a meeting as a guest

Use the booking link your host shared with you. You do not need a staff account. The optional guest calendar overlay has its own calendar connection information and guest overlay privacy notice.
