Our optional calendar overlay lets you see your own plans alongside the available times on an ALTRUICITY booking page.

Use the calendar you already have

Open the booking link you received and choose Overlay my calendar. Choose an available Google Calendar or Outlook connection and sign in with your existing account. You do not need an ALTRUICITY staff account.

The overlay displays timed events from your primary calendar. Shared calendars, secondary calendars and all-day events are not included. Connecting is optional; you can choose a meeting time without it.

Only you see your calendar

Calendar access is read-only. Your browser retrieves your events directly from Google or Microsoft. The overlay does not send your calendar events to the meeting host or store them on the ALTRUICITY server.

Your connection lasts for this visit. You can hide your events or remove the connection from the booking page.
